Ruby Violet is a small, intimate space, much like a studio sanctuary. We are not a walk in facility. Having a 'by appointment only' policy ensures your quiet privacy, which is our priority. At our "Spa for One", we dedicate all of our attention to you as our one and only guest. With no large waiting room there is no need to arrive early for your appointments.

When we are in session, a sign is hung on the front door. Couples, family members and close friends often choose to accompany one another by receiving treatments back to back as we do not offer simultaneous sessions. Our 'spa for one' has only one treatment room!

If you do arrive early, please explore the many wonderful restaurants, specialty stores and galleries in our neighborhood. We invite you to explore the street while your loved ones receive treatments!

Cancellation Policy:

We kindly require 36 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, including the redemption of a gift certificate, to avoid a service charge. We offer scheduling via email mail@rubyviolet.com or by phone 503.282.8877.
